Applicants must attend a school within GMNBR's jurisdiction. GMNBR's jurisdiction includes the following towns:

- Candia
- Hookset
- Manchester
- Mont Vernon
- Bedford
- Goffstown
- Hudson
- Merrimack
- Nashua
