As America's largest professional trade association, the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® actively protects the interests of its nearly 1 million members daily. From its building located steps away from the United States Capitol, NAR advocates for federal policy initiatives that strengthen the ability of Americans to own, buy and sell real property.

It is critical for REALTORS® to speak with one voice about the stability that the real estate market brings to our communities. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, elected officials make decisions that have an impact on the bottom line of REALTORS® and their customers.

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) encourages its members to become involved in civic life, to become knowledgeable about the issues, and support initiatives that promote a healthy and sustainable real estate market. NH RPAC is governed by its bylaws, a copy of which is available at the NHAR offices. Make sure your RPAC dollars continue to fight the legislative battles important to the real estate industry. WE ARE THE REALTOR® PARTY. 


The REALTOR® Action Center is where you learn how Voting, Acting and Investing in RPAC builds our political strength at every level of government. 

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount suggested is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charges against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates
