How to Submit Applications
Membership applications (see below), along with specified payment (dues are prorated by month), may be submitted to Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® at 6 Bedford Farms Drive, Suite 113, Bedford NH 03110 OR emailed to info@gmnbr.org. Be sure to complete the entire application to include page 2.
The Online Code of Ethics and Fair Housing are required to be completed by all new members. You need your REALTOR® identification number, NAR Member ID, to complete this training. New REALTOR® member orientation is also mandatory and offered by GMNBR. Completion is required within 60 days of applying.
