2026 Candidate for 1st Vice President | David Christensen
1 year term, assumes President Elect, assumes President, follows to Immediate Past President)
I am a New England native and longtime Amherst, NH resident; licensed in NH, MA, and ME. While licensed in multiple states, my office is based in Bedford with a primary focus on Southern NH communities. I currently serve as a GMNBR Director and Communications Committee Chair, and I’m honored to be an (8x) ‘Best of Zillow’ award winner for exceptional client service, (4x) ICON agent, and (3x) Platinum Circle honoree with over $165M in sales. Before real estate, I built a career in Los Angeles managing music artists, producers, and projects as an entertainment industry executive.
Why you are a good candidate? “I take the responsibility entrusted to me as a REALTOR® and Board member very seriously. I believe strong relationships and collaboration are the foundation of success, and I’ve been grateful to build meaningful connections with both clients and colleagues. These relationships not only allow me to serve my clients with excellence, but also to collaborate effectively with my fellow REALTORS®”.
What you'd like to bring to the role? “I truly enjoy being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment. I believe my experience as a Director and Committee Chair at GMNBR, combined with nine years in the real estate industry, has equipped me with the skills and perspective to contribute meaningfully. I hope to bring that experience, along with a commitment to service, to support the Board and strengthen this position.”
2026 Candidate for Treasurer | Jenn Jutras
As a REALTOR® with over a decade of experience, my goal and passion is staying committed to ensure a smooth and successful transaction for my clients. As a member of the GMNBR Board of Directors, and now as the incoming Treasurer, I will continue to bring the same passion and commitment to the Board. I grew up in the suburbs of Rochester, NY (Fairport) and have lived in New Hampshire for almost 20 years, first in Weare, then Epsom and now in Manchester. A million years ago prior to real estate, I was a QA Chemist with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and a a Financial Analyst with General Electric. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Bio-Molecular Science from Clarkson University, and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. I always joke around that it took me two degrees, and three careers, to finally figure out what I really wanted to do! When I’m not busy with real estate, I love traveling, building Harry Potter and Star Wars Lego sets, going to Phish concerts and spending time at the lake. Almost three years ago I started my own brokerage, after being part of larger organizations for 10 years, which gives me experience understanding the needs of the large brokerages, as well as the smaller independent ones. With all that said: I would love to continue to be part of the GMNBR board, to connect with fellow REALTORS®, serve our community, and to promote the high standards and professionalism that we all strive for. Mark Lynch
I’m truly honored to be considered for a Director Position with the Greater Manchester/Nashua
Board of REALTORS® for 2026. Over the past seven years in real estate, I’ve built my business
around trust, communication, and doing right by my clients. This industry has given me so
much, and now I feel ready to give back in a more meaningful way. Being part of this board
would allow me to support fellow REALTORS®, help navigate the changes we’re all facing, and
work together to raise the bar for our profession.
With experience in both real estate and lending, I bring a well-rounded perspective and a
creative, solutions-driven mindset. I’ve always believed in putting relationships first, and I’d love
the opportunity to bring that same energy to this leadership role. I’m excited about the future of
our industry, and I’m passionate about helping shape it in a way that benefits our members and
the communities we serve. It would be a privilege to contribute and represent my peers as a
Director.
Kathy Reardon
I am a licensed New Hampshire REALTOR® and active real estate investor with a strong background in finance and strategic growth. Prior to transitioning into residential real estate, I served as Director of Investor Relations for a global private equity firm based in Boston, where I led fundraising efforts totaling nearly $6 billion. My work focused primarily on value-add strategies in the industrial and logistics sectors, while also raising capital for core strategies and separate accounts.
This experience allowed me to build deep relationships with institutional investors, manage complex due diligence processes, and oversee financial reporting and communications at the highest level. Today, I combine that expertise with hands-on investing, owning and managing multiple properties in Northern New Hampshire, including a thriving short-term rental business.
I’m passionate about using my background to help strengthen GMNBR’s mission, support our members, and identify opportunities for growth in an evolving market. I believe my strategic mindset, financial acumen, and experience as both an agent and investor would allow me to contribute meaningfully to the board’s work and its long-term vision for our profession and communities.

I am honored to be nominated to serve on the GMNBR Board of Directors. Over the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families achieve their real estate goals while building lasting connections within our community. As a top-producing agent, I understand the challenges REALTORS® face in a fast-changing market, and I am passionate about supporting our members with the tools, education, and advocacy they need to thrive.
I am running for the Board of Directors because I believe in giving back to the industry that has given so much to me. My goal is to represent our members with integrity, promote professionalism, and help shape the future of our association so that together we can continue to raise the standard of excellence in real estate.

I’ve been a REALTOR® for almost 9 years and a Board member for two. Serving on the GMNBR Board of REALTORS® has been a rewarding experience, giving me the chance to support our members and strengthen our community. I’ve enjoyed volunteering at social and fundraising events, connecting with affiliates, and helping promote the work we do together.
