Briana Burke
As a full-time REALTOR® for the past five years, I have thoroughly enjoyed working closely with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals. My experience growing up in a Habitat for Humanity home has given me a profound understanding of how transformative homeownership can be, fueling my passion for helping clients realize their dreams.
I currently reside in Nashua where I cherish time with my husband, toddler, and our dog, Teddy. Over the past year, I served as Co-Chair of GMNBR’s Young Professionals Network, which has been a rewarding opportunity to deepen my engagement and build meaningful connections within our industry. I look forward to bringing my experience, passion, and leadership to the real estate board if elected.

Priscilla Despres
I have been REALTOR® in NH and MA since 2019. Born and raised in Southern NH, I am passionate about serving the community and being a champion for others. In addition to real estate I currently serve on my brokerage's community service committee, volunteer with the local PTA and instruct group exercise classes at the YMCA. Prior to real estate, I worked at an investment advisory firm specializing in investment compliance and project management for over 10 years. I have served on the GMNBR Board of Directors for the past year and I am excited for the opportunity to continue with the GMNBR Board to offer perspective on industry issues and concerns and to serve as a voice for fellow agents to shape the vision and direction of the board.

Brian Luongo
Although I grew up in Massachusetts, my wife and I have made New Hampshire our home for the past 7 years. I’ve spent the majority of my career helping people, with over 15 years in Emergency Medical Services management and over 10 years as an auxiliary police officer in Attleboro, MA. I’ve always loved real estate, and after working in medicine during COVID, I realized I needed a change and jumped at an opportunity to make the switch. I am now licensed in NH and MA and am passionate about helping my clients find the perfect home, even in a fast-changing real estate landscape. Now more than ever I believe that our GMNBR community of agents is in need of supportive and dedicated individuals. I am running for a Board of Director position because I am committed to helping others, passionate about real estate and am dedicated to upholding the professionalism that our industry and the GMNBR deserves.

Danielle Alto
I’m Danielle, a dedicated REALTOR® and proud Southern New Hampshire native, specializing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts real estate. My grandmother, a trailblazing entrepreneur and multi-property owner, inspired my passion for real estate and instilled in me the values of independence and hard work. Her legacy fuels my commitment to serve clients with integrity and enthusiasm. I’m excited to run for GMNBR director because I believe in connecting members to vital resources and advocating for our community. I aim to elevate professionalism and ethical practices in our industry. Through my Adopt-A-Pet Real Estate program, I support the Humane Society for Greater Nashua with every transaction by sponsoring a pet's adoption, helping both clients and our furry friends. As a director, I plan to foster collaboration, enhance resource access, and promote initiatives benefiting both real estate professionals and our communities.
Vote for me and let's make a difference together!

Ann Bennett
My name is Ann Bennett. Like many people in Real Estate, this is not my first career. I started my career working in accounting/bookkeeping as back office support. When I was younger and living out of state, I worked in a housing authority in the accounting department and, as the only person in the office with technical knowledge, I was the go-to person for computer and network questions. It was here that I got to work on a grant to open a local community center and set up their computer systems. After relocating back to Manchester New Hampshire, where I grew up, I worked for a local liquor and wine broker as their bookkeeper and network administrator. During this time, I worked full-time and attended law school full-time at the same time and earned my law degree in 2.5 years. I opened my own law office primarily focusing in the areas of family law and probate (with a little real estate mixed in) for the next several years. In 2015, I decided that I needed a change and closed up my law practice to become a full-time REALTOR® and haven't looked back since. I love what I do and I enjoy being part of the REALTOR® community. A few years ago I was asked to participate on the Communications Committee of GMNBR and two years ago I took over as Chairperson of that committee. I like being involved in the REALTOR® community and helping where I can. I live in Manchester and have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. I love to read, travel, photography and I love my tech gadgets.

It would be my honor to be selected as a GMNBR director to help make a positive impact in our local real estate community. Together, we can stay at the forefront of the industry, sharing with each other and our members the latest insights and strategies to navigate the market successfully.
As a REALTOR® partner, my goal is to collaborate with colleagues in our industry to enhance our collective ability to help individuals and families find their dream homes and facilitate seamless transactions. Leveraging my background in design and service, I strive to contribute to our shared mission of making the real estate journey smooth and rewarding for all clients. To me, a home is more than just a property; it is an investment in one's goals and aspirations. With a commitment to lifelong learning, I'm proud to be certified with C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) and to hold designations such as PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) among others. Additionally, my role as a mentor for aspiring real estate professionals and as prior member of the Agent Advisory Council at my brokerage reflects my commitment to supporting and guiding our peers. I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our profession and welcome the opportunity to help.

Joey Lee Howe
My candidacy for the GMNBR Board of Directors is an exciting opportunity to contribute my experience, passion for real estate and my local insights to the organization and its members. I strongly believe in the work the board does to help support and enhance the real estate industry. As a member it would allow me to contribute to the professional growth of our members, uphold ethical standards, and advocate for the best interests of both REALTOR®s and clients. I value the opportunity to collaborate with fellow board members to shape policies and provide valuable resources that help our community thrive. I believe as a member I will be able to keep making a positive impact in these areas. A New Hampshire native having spent my entire life in the town of Merrimack, I have first-hand knowledge of our lovely State which lends itself to my passion of assisting my clients finding their dream homes. When not busy with work, I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible whether it’s hiking, a day at the beach or enjoying my own backyard. You will also find me volunteering with Merrimack Lioness Club, sponsoring fundraisers such as Erica’s Run, and working on making a positive impact within my community. My proven track record of professionalism, leadership, and community involvement demonstrates my ability to effectively serve and guide our industry toward continued growth an excellence. I look forward to the opportunity to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for GMNBR.

A NH native, I was born and raised in Manchester, built my first home in Londonderry and currently reside in Bedford. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Management from the University of New Hampshire. After spending a decade working in the Manufacturing & Defense industry as a Program Manager, I decided to utilize my skills in real estate. I have been a licensed NH REALTOR® since 2016. I truly enjoy helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. During my off time, I love to travel and spend time by the ocean/lake.
I am running for a Board of Director position because I am committed to the growth and success of GMNBR and believe that I can make a meaningful contribution in this role. My involvement began when I joined the Community Service Committee with the intention of giving back to others. I served on the Board of Directors in 2024. People should vote for me because of my dedication, knowledge, professionalism, and vision for the organization's future. If elected, I will bring a fresh perspective and collaborative spirit, striving to make a positive impact on GMNBR, its members, and the community it serves.

With over a decade of being a REALTOR® (12 years now!), I have a strong history of helping my clients navigate the potential pitfalls of buying and selling as well as being easy to work with and professional towards my fellow REALTOR®s. I would take the same approach to being on the Board of Directors for GMNBR. A native of the Rochester NY area, I have called New Hampshire home for nearly 20 years, living in Weare, Epsom, and now Manchester since 2017. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, building Lego sets from Harry Potter and Star Wars, attending Phish concerts, and spending time at the lake. My commitment to real estate is fueled by a genuine desire to help clients navigate one of the most significant and potentially stressful milestones in their lives. As a prospective board director, I bring a wealth of experience, a strong track record of success, and a deep-rooted commitment to enhancing the real estate profession. I look forward to serving our community!

Doreen Lindof
I have been a REALTOR® since 2018. Soon after becoming licensed, I was invited by the president at that time, Kathy Snyder, to be the Chair of the Hospitality Committee. I accepted and have held that role ever since. As the Chair of Hospitality, my committee plans and executes the 4 Membership meetings held each year, including the May Awards Banquet and Installation of the incoming president each December.
I have been on the GMNBR Board of Directors for the past 2 years and have enjoyed being part of this amazing board. I have a full understanding of the responsibilities that come along with being on the board and I feel I would continue to be a great asset to GMNBR.
I grew a love for real estate through owning family homes and investment properties throughout my life. Now, as a REALTOR®, I'm thrilled to share the potential and prosperity of real estate with others.
The customer service, leadership, and communication skills developed throughout my time as a gym owner and manager for a large fitness chain have become a real asset for my clients through buying and selling real estate.
When I'm not completing real estate transactions with my clients, I love spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren, gardening in the backyard, and keeping up on all things interior design and staging.
I am originally from Lowell, MA, and I have been a New Hampshire resident since 1983.
I look forward to continuing my service as a board member.
