The GMNBR REALTOR® Local Emeritus Program was established in 2021 to recognize loyalty and service on a local level.
Benefits of GMNBR REALTOR® Local Emeritus Status: GMNBR REALTORS® who meet the criteria and apply for Local Emeritus Status are exempt from GMNBR (local) portion of their annual dues.
Eligibility: A GMNBR REALTOR® Member who has held REALTOR® member status for 40 years and has been an active member of GMNBR for 10 years is eligible for GMNBR REALTOR® Local Emeritus Status
Applications and Deadlines: Applications are currently available and will be due by April 1st . Upon approval of an application for GMNBR REALTOR® Local Emeritus status by the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of REALTORS® no further payment of dues to the GMNBR Local Association is necessary by the member. Please note that the dues waiver does not take effect until the dues year immediately following the Board of Directors approval. GMNBR Local Emeritus status is for GMNBR members only and will not transfer to another board.
