GMNBR's Mission: The purpose of Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® is to connect members to resources required to served consumers and their communities in a professional and ethical manager: and advocate on behalf of real estate practitioners.
How to Submit Applications
Membership applications (see below), along with specified payment (dues are prorated by month), may be submitted to Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® at 6 Bedford Farms Drive, Suite 113, Bedford NH 03110 OR emailed to info@gmnbr.org. Be sure to complete the entire application to include page 2.
The Online Code of Ethics is required to be completed by all new members. You need your REALTOR® identification number, NRDS#, to complete this training. New REALTOR® member orientation is also mandatory and offered by GMNBR via YouTube. Completion is required within 120 days of applying.
