Standing GMNBR Committees
The Greater Manchester/Nashua Association of REALTORS® has standing committees to discuss and submit ideas to enhance the services and benefits of the association. Committee members donate their time and expertise to assist the association on a number of topics and priorities.
If you are interested in serving on a committee or would like to speak with a committee about something of interest or concern you can contact GMNBR here or reach out to the committee chair directly! You can also get more info/sign up for a committee meeting by calling our office at (603) 668-1054. Or you can express interest in one of our committees directly by filling out the form below.
What are committees?
When it comes to making decisions, our committees are the first place where ideas are discussed and voted upon before being approved by the Board of Directors.
Why serve on a committee?
Committees help shape the direction of our Association and its policies. If you want your voice to be heard and contribute to the decision-making process, our committees are a great forum for debate and discussion. Experience in committees is beneficial for those interested in seeking future leadership roles.
What are the benefits of volunteering?
Association involvement establishes that you care about your profession and your community. Serving on a committee is a great way to enhance your professional growth and provide service to your peers. Research shows that members who are involved in association committees are: better informed, better networked, and better prepared to act on trends and regulations impacting their business.
